Shipping Policy for Jessie’s Jams

Thank you for shopping with Jessie’s Jams! We take pride in packaging and shipping our homemade products with care. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to ingredient availability, processing times may be extended.

 

We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Weight of the package

  • Selected shipping method

 

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

 

Delivery delays may occur due to postal carrier issues, weather, or high seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Carriers

 

We currently ship orders using:

  • Carrier: USPS / Canada Post / Fed-Ex

  • Additional carriers may be used depending on your region

 

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped (if available for your chosen shipping method).

4. Local Pickup / Delivery

Customers in [your local area] may choose:

  • Free local pickup

  • Local delivery for a small fee

 

Pickup instructions or delivery windows will be arranged via email after checkout.

5. Shipping Restrictions

 

Due to the nature of our products, we currently ship to:

  • Canada only

 

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes (if applicable)

  • International addresses outside the listed countries

  • Locations where perishable food shipping is restricted by law

 

6. Warm Weather Shipping

 

During hot weather, we take extra precautions to prevent heat-related spoilage.


If temperatures are extreme, shipping may be delayed to ensure product quality.

We are not responsible for spoilage due to packages left outside after delivery.

 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Jessie’s Jams is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the carrier

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

 

We will assist with a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

8. Incorrect Address Policy

 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may be responsible for additional shipping fees

  • Delivery will be delayed

 

We cannot refund orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
