Refund & Return Policy for Jessie’s Jams

At Jessie’s Jams, we want you to love the products you receive. Due to the nature of food items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. All Food Sales Are Final

 

Because our products are perishable and made in small batches, we do not accept returns of food items.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

 

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

 

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation

 

3. Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled before they ship.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless damaged or incorrect.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened food products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or special-order items

  • Gift cards

 

5. Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 5–10 business days
    (Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.)
